Weight loss. Not quite sure what you did to me with that one, but suffice to say I've lost 4lbs in 10 days, so I would call that successful. I'm more or less doing what I've done before in terms of diet, but don't find it as much of a struggle and having had that initial loss, that's encouraging me to stick with it. So I'm very pleased with that, and by the time I come to see you on a live seminar I should be able to slide under the door with ease! |
